3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Cinecade reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing and product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information and images on the website are accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or current.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • Your order is an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms.

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If your payment is unsuccessful or flagged as fraudulent, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery is estimated within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders within South Africa.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

To cancel an order, email contact@cinecade.co.za with your order number and request. Refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the original method of payment.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinecade’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
