Delivey Policy
At Cinecade, we take pride in delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. This Delivery Policy outlines our processing times, shipping procedures, and what you can expect once your order is placed.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. During this period, we confirm payment, prepare your items for dispatch, and ensure packaging meets our quality and safety standards.

Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is processed and dispatched, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.

We work closely with trusted national couriers to ensure timely delivery.

Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or other unforeseen events, but we aim to meet the estimated timeframe.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required. This applies to all areas within South Africa.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. This includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.
If you have not received your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
5. Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at your specified address during delivery:

The courier may attempt a second delivery on the following business day.

If the parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.

A re-delivery fee may apply if the item needs to be sent out again.
We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the order during standard delivery hours (08:00 – 17:00).
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation or expected delivery date.

Provide your order number, photographs (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.

We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the outcome.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
Requests to change the delivery address must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
